Where applicable - I will enclose details on caring for an item in the packaging.

As a general rule of thumb do not submerge any wooden products in water.

For bowls, a quick wash with warm soapy water should suffice.

My checkout uses Paypal for transactions.

You do not need a Paypal account to pay. As you can securely pay with your debit or credit cards via this service.

For items that are stocked and ready to send, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.

All items will be sent first class via the Royal Mail.

For any made-to-order items, the expected timeframes will be outlined in the product listing.

Where applicable I will include any tracking information I receive when sending your order.
